RETURNS
At Tulua, we aim to create a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience for you.
Our garments and accessories are all on a made to order basis especially handcrafted for you.
Once an order is placed we do not offer any exchange or returns.
However, if a garment exhibits an irreparable issue against client specifications such as, sizing issue, or if the garment is received in a damaged condition, we would be happy to cater to your grievances in such a situation.
Any issues with the product should be conveyed to us within 24 hours of receiving it.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our website.
As part of our policy, the order once placed will not be cancelled/ exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as our products are made especially for you. However, in case of any alterations we will be happy to assist you.
In case any cancellation request gets approved, our team will issue a ‘credit note’ within 7 business days from the date of the order cancellation.
Also in the case of changing the order, the customer will have to bear the price difference of the revised order.
This price difference shall be paid for before updating the order.
In a situation where the price difference will be less than the original one, we will issue a credit note for the balance. Which could be availed by the client within a communicated stipulated time period.
We do not offer any returns or exchange on our accessories.
SIZING
The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product.
Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
Further, colors might vary in pictures than the actual product.
